Blue Lights College sophomore Kenny Anderson has been named the New South Athletic Conference Men's Basketball Player of the Week for his outstanding performance against Mid-Atlantic Christian on January 23.
Anderson scored 29 points, including a 3-pointer with 12 seconds remaining in regulation to tie the game and send it into overtime. The Clayton, NC native connected on 60% of his shots from the floor including 8-of-11 two-pointers and 4-of-9 from beyond the arc. He also collected seven rebounds.
