Blue Lights College Men’s Basketball team is set to kick off the 2023-24 season in full stride. The Thoroughbreds have 26 scheduled games including the New South Athletic Conference tournament. The official season opener is scheduled at the Dean E. Smith Center as the Thoroughbreds play the University of North Carolina Tarheels JV on Friday, October 27th. Late afternoon Tip off.
Coach Adams and the Thoroughbreds pulled off an impressive upset at the Dean Dome last season with the final score of 55-43. Sam Benton and Wol Yak led the Thoroughbreds to victory with 15 points and 17 points respectively. Benton and Yak are set to have another impactful game and season.
