Several members of the Blue Lights College basketball family learned better what it means "To Protect and SERVE" this past weekend. Assistant Men's Basketball Coach Mario Pharr was joined by players Jordan Kirkland, Dakota McCants, and Duraee' Rucker in serving those in need at the Durham Rescue Mission. Dressed in ServSafe-approved hand and hair coverings, they all pitched in to deliver a hot meal to the men and women looking for a helping hand.
It was a big win for all involved. Way to go, Thoroughbreds!
